Established in 1962 with the ambition to create exquisite furniture and refined interior finishes, we have gradually brought our craftsmanship and know-how into the world of cigar humidors.
These bespoke humidors, realized for exclusive hotels, private residences and cigar clubs, range from desk top works of art to fully integrated walk-in solutions featuring advanced humidity control systems.
The entire production process is carried out in-house at our facility in Milan, Italy. Highly skilled teams, using only top-quality materials and intricate traditional craftsmanship supported by modern techniques, deliver the ultimate finished solution.

Cigars Time offers a choice of three different systems to preserve your cigars
The static/passive system works by filling a sponge with distilled water that gradually evaporates. This system requires manual control.
The dynamic system, both electronic and/or electro-mechanical, has a tank filled with distilled water that, through a filter, constantly and automatically maintains the desired humidity level.
The cooling system is the most precise and reliable for cigar preservation. By using a compressor, it constantly keeps the desired humidity and temperature values. For perfect storage, cigars should never be subjected to sudden shifts of temperature or humidity.
Cigars are affected by light, temperature and humidity.
Cigars should never be exposed to ultraviolet light especially if it is direct.
The Light will bleach the cigar wrapper, making it less elastic. Ultraviolet light also changes the molecular composition of the wrapper and causes damage to the rolled cigar. Temperature is an important factor in cigar storage as it affects humidity. This determines the relative humidity (RH).
Proper humidity levels enable natural micro-fermentation while preserving the softness of the leaves.
The common setting values are:
Temperature: 20-22° Celsius
Relative Humidity: 65-68%.
Peltier cell is a solid state heat pump: a thin plate with free ends of two different materials where heat moves from one end to the other. The Peltier effect occurs whenever electrical current flows through two dissimilar conductors, and depending on the direction of the air flow, the junction of the two conductors will either absorb or release heat. Not all furniture can be transformed into humidors but our team will be happy to assess the feasibility together with you.
All you have to do is send us detailed information along with some photos. In the past we have made some extreme changes.
Distilled water is recommended for most cigar humidor systems because it has no foreign minerals, chemical or bacteria.
These substances are undesirable as they can clog absorbent materials and impart unwanted flavors to your cigars. While cigars contain their own natural microorganisms, bacteria present in tap water may contaminate them.
